TSO type free aromatic hydrocarbon soy based offset ink

Application:

This serial printing ink is our newly developed environmentally-friendly green product. This ink is suitable for printing on art paper and white board on two & four-color sheet-fed presses. Printing speed is available for 8000-15000 sheets per hour. It is the best choice for printing food packing, pictorial, trade mark, instruction book as well as high quality package products.

Characteristics:

Apply soy oil, free aromatic hydrocarbon (content less than 1%)

No toxic, no special smell, without harmful heavy metal ingredients in comformity with  ROSH standards.

Brilliant color, excellent saturation and sharp dot

Good transferability, emulsification-resistance and stability

Setting: Japan RH-1 Printability tester,157gsm coated paper.

Skinning time: at 25℃,Humidity:65%

Validity: 3 years.

Note:

It can be still used after 3 years, if the technical parameters are valid by testing.

The technical parameters are tested on laboratory. So these parameters we offered is only for  reference.
